Glycine Betaine
Glycine Betaine is a specific amino-acid used in liquid foliar fertilizers. In response to a water,
osmotic or thermic stress, this amino-acid has the particularity to store in the plants.
Glycine Betaine is considered as the most efficient osmoprotector. It improves the availability
of water and assure the protection of the enzymes involved in the growth and the photosynthesis
of plants. But a lot of plants, which are likely to be disrupted by stresses, do not have enough
Glycine Betaine. Their ability to resist would be reinforced thanks to a foliar use of Glycine Betaine.
